Whether you’re a parent with young children or teenagers, or just trying to deal with the unprecedented uncertainty of the times we all find ourselves living in, we could all probably do with some pointers on how to manage our wellbeing. In this entertaining evening, Nigel will explore how Covid-19 has impacted all of our lives, young and old, and share some strategies for managing and coping with stress and anxiety. This is an evening that will be appropriate for all ages.
Join us on Tuesday 10th November from 7.30 pm-9.30 pm at the Auditorium, Westlake Boys High School, 30 Forrest Hill Rd, Forrest Hill, for what promises to be an engaging and informative evening. Tickets are only $25.

To save yourself looking for a park at the event, Uber or taxi is a great way to get there!
There is limited parking at the school and surrounding streets. Please allow time to get a park, and a potential short walk to the school.
When you purchase your tickets, you will complete the information required for contact tracing for the event. We will have hand sanitiser available, and please do feel free to wear your facemask.
