- Do the turtle (pull head in toward body)
- Robot/ragdoll (tighten my muscles like a robot then loosen them like a rag doll)
- Think of a time I handled my anger well to remind myself I can do it
- Remind myself how badly I feel when I get in trouble for losing my temper
