Since moving to New Zealand over 10 years ago, Glenn has been employed as a clinical psychologist with a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. For the last 8 years, Glenn has been the clinical leader and consultant psychologist in the child teams, and more recently in the areas of youth offending and conduct problems.
