Educated at Massey University, Tricia began her career in Northland and Taranaki before spending a decade in Ontario, Canada, where she worked extensively with Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.
She played diverse roles there, from direct therapy and assessments to supervision and management. Tricia returned to New Zealand in 2016, establishing her private practice. As an NZCCP member and ACC-registered professional, she's devoted to helping individuals of all ages achieve their fullest potential and navigate life's challenges.
Tricia emphasizes a proactive approach; collaborating with her often means active participation, mutual effort, and homework. Recognizing the importance of a support system, especially for younger clients, she believes in involving family, community, and schools to sustain positive change. Working with Tricia isn't just a "chat", but a collaborative approach towards growth.
